Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

He is responsible for private project sales ie

a) Develop and introduce rooftop solutions to industries,consultant and end customers

b) Involvement in Business planning and assessing revenue potential within business opportunities. Forecasting the annual Order Growth, periodic targets, Revenue planned and receivables along with the management team.


Govt. Project : Tendering,Bidding


General:

  • Identifying key focus areas for markets, evaluate potential, and develop relationship with clients in national market.
  • Establish plan & strategies for achievement of Business Plan.
  • Lead generation for solar EPC Projects
  • Identifying channel partners for solar projects, engaging partners to generate business in target markets.
  • Building rapport with major EPC contractors, consultants and influencers to culminate sales.
  • Co-ordination with Projects, Engineering and Construction team for smooth execution of won projects.
  • Resolving projects issues with client by being front-face of interactions for all commercial issues.
  • Understanding of current market scenario about solar development, competition, EPC costing, new technology, state policies, approvals etc.
  • Possess good managerial qualities, communication skill & inter personal skills, analytical thinking, Project Management

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Marketing of EPC project and Experience in Private Solar Project Sales is mandatory

  • Good communication Skill. (written and oral) Good Personality, Presentable.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP

  • Should lead a team.

Educational Qualification: (B. Tech/B.E.-Any Specialization or MBA-Marketing Specialization)
