Job Descriptions
Architect and implement the integrations between SAP Success Factors and third party attendance systems
Understand SAP Success Factors data structure, APIs and different integration tools (Integration Center, CPI, Reports, etc.)
SAP ERP HCM Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Reporting troubleshoot replication issues between Success Factors and SAP ERP HCM
Support and prepare technical documents and test scenarios based on the design
Deliver high quality work
Come up with out-of-box ideas to problems and challenges
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in any type of integrations with SAP Success Factors;
Knowledge of latest Success Factors integration technologies like Business Integration Builder
Knowledge of Success Factors APIs an advantage
Currently certified in one or more SAP Success Factors modules an advantage
Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Desire to learn and grow quickly
Team player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals
Ambitious, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines
Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask and prioritize tasks
